Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

Lost or Damaged Packages Hype Harbor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
